About the Role:
12 week contracts starting ASAP, working in the Mental Health Drug and Alcohol team in Parkes, NSW!Case management and mental health drug and alcohol experience required.

Responsibilities:
- Assessing and planning care for clients.
- Providing crisis intervention and medication management.
- Delivering therapeutic interventions and psychoeducation.
- Coordinating integrated care and support services.
- Conducting health promotion and education activities.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Engaging with the community resources and stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration.
- A minimum of 2 years' mental health nursing experience, including MHDA, community and case management experience.
