About the role
Seeking a skilled GP ED / Rural Generalist for a locum position. Manage GP clinics (Mon-Wed) and ED on-call (Thurs-Sun). Work alongside a multidisciplinary team with 24/7 anaesthetic and obstetric support. Role involves direct care and collaboration with SA Virtual Emergency Service.
Duties
- Conduct GP consultations during clinic hours.
- Handle ED presentations and ward calls as required.
- Assist in emergency surgical situations when needed.
Skills & experience
- AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner.
- ASL2 certification (or equivalent) within three months of placement.
- Proven experience in emergency and rural healthcare settings.
