About the role As a General Surgical Registrar (PGY4+), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. You will work within a dynamic surgical team, reporting to senior consultants, and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders. Rosters include days, weekends, and on-call shifts.
Duties
- Provide surgical care and manage patient caseloads
- Assist in surgeries and perform procedures within your scope
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff
Skills & experience
- PGY4+ with demonstrated surgical experience
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills
- Team player with excellent communication
