About the Role
Manage critical patient care in the ICU/CCU, ensuring optimal treatment and outcomes. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and report directly to the Chief of Staff. Lead clinical initiatives and support junior staff in their development.
Duties
- Provide advanced clinical care in ICU/CCU settings
- Collaborate with specialists and nursing staff
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia
- Relevant clinical experience in critical care settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
