About the role

We are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Acute Inpatient Unit for a period of up to 3 months, with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients, providing clinical leadership to the team, and working collaboratively with other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Duties

• Manage a caseload of patients with complex mental health needs
• Provide clinical leadership to the team
• Work collaboratively with other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality care

Skills & experience

• Relevant qualifications in Psychiatry
• Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia
• Demonstrated experience in the provision of high-quality mental health care
