About the role 

We are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team as a Community Liaison. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and providing clinical leadership to our community mental health team. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including other mental health professionals, to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. This is a senior position that requires excellent communication and leadership skills.

Duties

  • Provide clinical leadership to the community mental health team
  • Manage and provide clinical care to patients with complex mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care

Skills & experience

  • AHPRA registration as a Specialist Psychiatrist
  • Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP)
  • Demonstrated experience in providing clinical leadership in a mental health setting
