About the role

• As a Consultant Psychiatrist – Community Liaison, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health care to our patients.
• You will manage and maintain patient records, liaise with key stakeholders, and provide clinical leadership to junior staff.
• This is a senior position, and you will report directly to the Director of Mental Health Services.

Duties

• Providing specialist mental health assessments and consultation liaison support to the general community.
• Maintaining accurate patient records.
• Providing clinical leadership to junior staff.

Skills & experience

• You must have a medical degree and be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• You must have at least 5 years of experience in psychiatry.
• You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
