About the role 

We are seeking a Staff Specialist - Psychiatrist to join our team in the Greater Hobart area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the Community Care Stream unit. They will also be required to work full-time, day work, and be on-call as needed. The position reports to the Clinical Director and Team Leader.

Duties

• Manage and supervise the Community Care Stream unit.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment.

Skills & experience

• Must have a Supervisor Certificate.
• Experience in psychiatry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
