About the Role

• As a Psychiatry Registrar at Kerferd, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health care to our patients.
• You will manage a team of mental health professionals and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.
• This is a senior position, and you will be expected to provide leadership and guidance to your team.

Duties

• Conducting mental health assessments and developing treatment plans for patients.
• Providing clinical supervision to junior mental health professionals.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
