About the Role: 

We are seeking a Junior Medical Officer (JMO) to join our Youth Community Mental Health Team on a locum basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our community. Details for each position are as follows:

1. Consultation Liaison (Position 1):

   • Dates: Tuesday 26 December to Friday 05 January (2 weeks)
   • Hours: 0830-1700 daily
   • Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders, provide expert advice, and ensure seamless patient care.

2. Older Persons Community Team (Position 2):

   • Dates: Monday 22 January to Friday 02 February (2 weeks)
   • Hours: 0830-1700 daily
   • Responsibilities: Manage patient cases, liaise with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to holistic care.

3. CAMHS Community Team (Position 3):

   • Dates: Monday 29 January to Friday 02 February (1 week)
   • Hours: 0830-1700 daily
   • Responsibilities: Focus on child and adolescent mental health, collaborate with CAMHS professionals, and provide clinical expertise.

Requirements:

• Recent experience as a Psychiatry HMO or Registrar
• CAMHS experience for the locum in that area
• 2 recent clinical references
• Preference for 1 locum to cover all shifts in a position
