About the role

We are seeking a consultant psychiatrist to join our team on a locum basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing consultation liaison and general adult services. They will manage and maintain patient care, participate in the overnight on-call roster, and cover day duty psychiatrist as needed. Reporting lines include senior medical staff and other stakeholders.

Duties

• Provide consultation liaison and general adult services.
• Manage and maintain patient care.
• Participate in the overnight on-call roster.
• Cover day duty psychiatrist as needed.
• Dates: 18 & 19 Dec and 2 & 3 Jan

Skills & experience

• Must have experience in consultation liaison and general adult services.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
