About the role

• We have an urgent need for a Locum Psychiatrist to cover Inpatient emergent leave ASAP until end of November.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing psychiatric care to patients in our inpatient unit.
• They will be expected to manage a caseload of patients and work closely with other members of the healthcare team.

Duties

• Provide psychiatric care to patients in our inpatient unit.

Skills & experience

• Must have a degree in medicine and be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Must have experience working as a psychiatrist in an inpatient setting.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
