About the role 

As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for managing and providing specialized care to patients. You will work closely with key stakeholders and report to senior management. 

• 18/12 – 6/1                         Adult Community Shepparton and may be Seymour
• 08/1 – 28/1                           Adult inpatient
• 18/12 – 12/1                      Aged Psychiatry community and inpatient
• 11/12 – 6/1                         CAMHS community
• 15/1 – 31/1                         Adult Community Shepparton and may be Seymour

Duties

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and treatment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective treatment plans.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor patients’ progress.

Skills & experience

• Board-certified Psychiatrist with a focus on adult community psychiatry, adult inpatient care, aged psychiatry community and inpatient care, and CAMHS community psychiatry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with patients and their families.
