About the role

• We are looking for a Psych SMO/Staff Specialist to join our team at Caboolture Hospital.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of mental health services to adult inpatient, child & youth services and acute care team.
• They will be required to work closely with key stakeholders and reporting lines to ensure that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Duties

• Manage and oversee the delivery of mental health services to adult inpatient, child & youth services and acute care team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Create and implement strategies to improve service delivery.

Skills & experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
