About the role

• We are looking for a Psychiatry SRMO to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical care to all mental health patients and ensuring that comprehensive medical records are maintained for each occasion of service.
• Recent Psychiatry experience is preferred.
• The role may include occasional rostered overtime.
• The position is supervised by Psychiatry consultant & supervises Psych RMO on rotation.

Duties

• Provide clinical care of all mental health patients and provide comprehensive medical records for each occasion of service are maintained and the review of all patients prior to discharge.
• Manage and develop people, inspire direction and purpose, optimize business outcomes, manage and reform change, and optimize rostering capability.

Skills & experience

• Recent Psychiatry experience is preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work well under pressure.
