Job Description

This is a great opportunity for an experienced RN to work in a remote location in Queensland, gaining new clinical and cultural knowledge in a supportive and cohesive team in rural RAC setting.

About the role

• Ensure a safe environment within the facility by applying your clinical and personal care skills.
• Assisting residents with mobility equipment, helping with food and fluids, maximising a resident's physical function through rehabilitation, and maintaining domestic aged care arrangements.
• Observe residents around any health or behavioural changes and document and report the changes.
• Administering medications following a care plan.

Requirements

• Flu vaccination (2023) / Covid vaccinations  
• AHPRA Registration
• Relevant qualifications for your position (Bachelors for RN)
• National Police Check
